Terms of service

1. Who we are
Toolbox Tenders is run by Hüseyin Enes Yılmaz, trading as Toolbox Tenders, based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). Contact: support@toolboxtenders.com.
2. The service
Toolbox Tenders sends you emails listing UK public-sector tenders that match the settings you choose, with a short summary of each. The service is for businesses. By subscribing you confirm you're using it for your trade, business or profession.
3. Free trial
New customers get a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed for the trial, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe afterwards. There is one free trial per business: we may refuse a trial started with a temporary email address or repeatedly from the same connection.
4. Subscription and payment
The subscription costs £39 a month, plus VAT where it applies, billed in advance each month until you cancel. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription then continues to the end of the period you've paid for and does not renew. See our refund policy.
We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.
5. Accuracy
Tenders come from public notices published by UK public bodies on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. We don't control those notices and can't guarantee they are complete, accurate or up to date. Our summaries are written with the help of AI and can contain mistakes or leave things out. Always read the official notice and the buyer's documents before you decide to bid. We don't guarantee that you'll find or win any contract. We are not affiliated with the UK government or any buyer.
6. Fair use
Your subscription is for your own business. Please don't resell or republish our emails or summaries, share your account outside your business, or try to copy the service in bulk by automated means.
7. Intellectual property
Tender information contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The service itself, including our summaries, emails and website, belongs to us.
8. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, lost business or other indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on our emails. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Suspension and ending the service
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We may also stop the service with at least 30 days' notice; you won't be charged for any period after it stops.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell customers about important changes by email before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
