Refund policy

Every new customer starts with a 14-day free trial without entering payment details, so you can try Toolbox Tenders before paying anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the month you've paid for and then stops. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

If you're not happy with your first paid month, email us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires or if we stop the service before the end of a period you've paid for.

How refunds are paid

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are made by Paddle to your original payment method. To ask for one, email support@toolboxtenders.com or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.
